Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://bddia.org website (the "Service" or “the “Site”) operated by Bournemouth and District Driving Instructors Association – BDDIA ("us", "we", or "our"). This applies whether content is accessed by desktop, mobile or other device.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the proper use of this Content, and you agree not to sell Content to any person or entity whatsoever, for any purpose whatsoever. Any Content we make available to you is for personal use only, or for use in a limited capacity in your role as a driver trainer.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Part 2: Conditions of Membership of BDDIA

By joining BDDIA you agree to the following Conditions of Membership (“conditions”):

  • You are an ADI, currently registered on the Register of Approved Driving Instructors, or are an otherwise fully qualified and accredited driver trainer holding different credentials.
  • You will provide proof of 1. upon verbal or written request, to any committee member of BDDIA within 7 days.
  • You will pay your annual subscription by January 31st each year.
  • Not to perform any act or acts, or commit any offence contrary to UK law, or behave in any manner whatsoever that could bring BDDIA into disrepute. This includes, but is not limited to, posting or otherwise publishing information on social media or by any other means that is detrimental to BDDIA, its members or the driver training industry in general.

Whilst BDDIA is inclusive and welcomes new ideas and debate, on matters of dispute or disagreement the Chairman’s decision is final.

Any breach of these conditions may result in exclusion or termination of membership and will be considered at a meeting of BDDIA committee whose decision on outcome will be final. During any process that could result in termination of membership or other censure, the member will be invited to present their case, which they may do so in writing or verbally by way of a pre-arranged telephone call to the Chairman, before the committee meets.

 

Changes

Part 3: Privacy Policy

Bournemouth and District Driving Instructors Association - BDDIA ("us", "we", or "our") operates https://bddia.org (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.
