Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://bddia.org website (the "Service" or “the “Site”) operated by Bournemouth and District Driving Instructors Association – BDDIA ("us", "we", or "our"). Part 2: Conditions of Membership of BDDIA

By joining BDDIA you agree to the following Conditions of Membership (“conditions”):
Whilst BDDIA is inclusive and welcomes new ideas and debate, on matters of dispute or disagreement the Chairman’s decision is final.
Any breach of these conditions may result in exclusion or termination of membership and will be considered at a meeting of BDDIA committee whose decision on outcome will be final. During any process that could result in termination of membership or other censure, the member will be invited to present their case, which they may do so in writing or verbally by way of a pre-arranged telephone call to the Chairman, before the committee meets.
Changes
